The 10 tips for smooth collaboration

1. Send a new email for each question. If you reply to an old email, it causes a reset, which might delay our response.
2. Create your sales invoices with our system. Adding your custom layout or logo is no problem.
3. Enter your expenses directly using our app.
4. Link your business bank account.
5. Ideally, set aside time for administration once a week, but at least once a month, to stay on top of things.
6. Don’t hesitate to call if you’re stuck or have a simple or urgent question.
7. Most questions can also be answered by a colleague of your account manager.
8. Respect our deadlines and respond to our emails promptly.
9. Read the newsletter.
10. Forward letters from the tax authorities to us digitally as soon as you receive them.
